Downtown Fort Lauderdale’s newest lifestyle hotel, The Dalmar, celebrated its grand opening.

The Dalmar’s owner and visionary Jake Wurzak, CEO and President of DoveHill Capital Management, surprised guests with a special performance by Flo Rida. Guests danced and sang to some of his top hits, including “Good Feeling,” “My House,” and “Low” on the dance floor that overlooked the downtown skyline.
